Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable. This includes:
Read the Frame Course
Lightroom Preset Packs
Digital visual reference guides
Any downloadable educational content
Once you receive access to digital products, the sale is final. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after delivery.
Why? Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you've reviewed the product description and sample materials (where available) and understand what you're purchasing.
Having issues? If you experience technical problems accessing your digital products, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of purchase and we'll resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Books and photo prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund under the following conditions:
Eligible for Full Refund:
Defective or damaged items - If your book arrives with printing defects, torn pages, or shipping damage, we'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Wrong item shipped - If we sent you the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item or provide a full refund.
Buyer's Remorse Returns:
Items must be unused and in original condition (unopened shrink wrap for books, prints unmounted and unframed)
You're responsible for return shipping costs
10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Not Eligible for Return:
Items showing signs of use, damage, or writing
Custom or personalized prints (if we offer these in the future)
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

For bundles (digital + physical): "If you purchase a bundle containing both digital and physical products, only the physical items are eligible for return. The digital portion is non-refundable once accessed."
